I am currently an Executive Producer at a global video game studio, overseeing all creative and development goals for new games around the world for millions of players. For nearly fifteen years, I’ve led digital transformations of small to fortune 100 teams embracing iterative delivery between development, design, and business through design thinking and sketch-collaboration. With over half my tech career in video games, I’ve also held numerous product development roles such as team coach, product owner, product manager, delivery manager, enterprise business agility coach, and more, continually challenging the old way of “how we do things” to better include neuro-divergent and emerging DEI needs on a daily basis.
