I am a Scrum Master Guild Master at Acklen Avenue, a custom software development shop in Nashville, TN based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. In my role I help guide Scrum Masters through their difficulties using different coaching stances. I am passionate about the agile way and assisting others grow in their own path. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), agile coach, and a new public speaker. Over the years, I have learned my way to tackle the challenges that we face in our everyday tasks. I believe that people are the way to success in our medium and that the process is there to support them. We as leaders are here to empower others and it is our duty to support others develop their skills so they can become a better version of themselves.
