I am a business agility coach at a large financial firm. I have experience in technology, finance, and healthcare. I love guiding organizations towards a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, experimentation, and learning. Using my product owner experience, I work with organizations, teams, and individuals to focus on products that respond to changing market conditions, customer needs, and technological advancements.
I enjoy teaching and facilitating, incorporating techniques such as Gamestormimg and Training from the Back of the Room.
When not coaching teams, I can be found skiing, rock climbing, or relaxing with my family in our RV.
