I am a Coach and Consultant who is passionate about Agile. I started my career as an agilist in Renault, which has been the foundation for the rest of my professional life: since then I have helped large organizations developing physical products to become more Agile. That has allowed me to push the limits of Agile, and to apply Agile values, principles, frameworks and practices beyond the digital world.

After some years in London and Paris I have come back to my native Italy and work for major organizations and innovative companies in the fields of food packaging, aerospace, automotive and sportswear.
