Corey Post is a Lean-Agile transformation lead, enterprise coach, consultant, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt focusing on developing large solutions, new products, and complex systems. His practice areas include Lean Portfolio Management, budgeting and adaptive planning, value stream mapping, product life cycle management, and innovation through rapid build-measure-learn loops. Corey’s industry/sector experience includes finance, energy, and telecommunications.

With a focus on Agile at scale, Corey has successfully launched portfolio governance teams and product delivery groups and aligned Business, Technology, programs, and teams around the flow, creation, and rapid delivery of customer value.

Corey earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Administration.
