My key driver is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to tell impactful stories. As a result, people can make decisions faster, take action, reduce waste and drive value.

As a Visual Storytelling thought leader and practitioner within the Agile Community and beyond I endorse the use of Visual Storytelling to engage stakeholders, address customer needs, enhance team collaboration and accelerate learning.

Facilitating a suite of Design Thinking, Visual Storytelling and Product Agility workshops I encourage teams to work more visually, creating visually compelling stories that make the intangible tangible, catalysing customer centric creativity, driving product innovation and business success.
