Much progress has been made in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging – both in the global Agile community and in our communities. But much work remains. In 2022, at Agile Together we highlighted the Women in Technology #SitWithMe Red Chair Campaign to focus on this important topic. For 2023 we will continue this conversation at Agile Together, with Agile Alliance focusing on the “belonging” aspect of the event. And we are pleased to announce that Agile in Color will join us, taking the lead on the #SitWithMe portion of the evening. Light snacks and beverages will be served.
