There are many things going on at the conference other than the sessions: Lean Coffee, Open Space, etc. It can be a little overwhelming (and exciting) at this conference, so take some time to learn about what’s being offered without any time pressure.

The 2023 Program Team will be there give you an overview of the conference and to answer any questions you might have. It’s also a good way to meet new people who are just as confused as you are right now.
