Gratitude orients to a worldview of individuals and interactions, opens the heart to be more people over process and cultivates the ability to respond to change. It automatically gives one the ability to step into the Agile Mindset. In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to: 1) Explain the connection between gratitude and team performance, 2) Deepen into your own state of gratitude to enhance your effectiveness as a changemaker, and 3) learn how to cultivate gratitude in the people and teams you work with.

- Explain how gratitude supports team health and performance
- Practice a daily gratitude meditation using an MP3 that will be provided
- Model an attitude of gratitude (self-leadership) to uplift their environments
- Facilitate Gratitude practices in team environments
