In this session, we will have an open discussion on the state of agile coaching. We will have some thoughts from someone in the community and a discussion on the topic related to the questions:
- How successful is "agile coaching" in today's corporate environment?
- What does success mean for the coach, the organization, the team, and others involved in the engagement?
- Is there such a thing as a "wrong way" to coach?
- How did we get to where we are as a community?
- Could an agile coach do more harm than good?
There are no right or wrong answers in this session. The intent is for the role of a coach to be embraced and examined.
Learning Outcomes:
- Decide if there Is anything we can agree coaching is and isn't
- Discuss ways organizations can set up coaches in a better way
- Review what's the next step in the agile coaching profession
- Align on what success for a coach looks like
