In this workshop we will explore the world of strategic product management using a vision-to-value framework that applies at both, the organizational and product strategy levels. Through a combination of interactive exercises and examples from what we do at Riot Games, we will learn how to create a product vision that actual inspires and more importantly guides the team, not just a bunch of flashy words concatenated together in a grand, but meaningless, vision. We will explore how to ensure that our strategy has space to be agile and flexible using generative outcomes instead of definitive outputs. We illustrate how to use the Kano model to find customer-centric opportunities and problem spaces. Whether you are a product manager, designer, or developer, this workshop is designed to introduce you to the skills and knowledge to drive product innovation within your organization.
