Our conference presentation on agile metrics will explore how metrics can help drive value and improve software delivery.
We'll start by examining the core question any company should have - is what we are building the right thing? I will introduce you to the TARS framework, which is making waves in the world of product management by helping teams to assess the value of their solutions.
We'll then explore a variety of delivery performance and team health metrics. I'll share my insights from Scrum, Kanban, DORA, and personal experiments, to examine which metrics are the most beneficial for teams to track, how to make them more actionable, and which anti-patterns to avoid.
