Dana is the Strategic Agilist for Dell’s APEX program, joining the program in 2021. Prior to joining Dell, Dana was Director of Project/Program Management Execution at MetLife where she led Agile training, launched agile transformations, and lead a team of coaches, Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers. Dana has experience as a Scrum Master herself, leading a cross-functional, multi-regional development team at IBM. Dana is a Registered Scrum@Scale Scrum Master/Product Owner and Practitioner trainer. She is also a SAFe SPC and trainer. While not working, she enjoys boating, Standup Paddleboarding, and chilling out on the Neuse River in coastal Carolina.
