Suma Sundaram Aggarwal is an Agile Transformation Leader at Dell Technologies. She has enjoyed her career in Technology in the areas of Telecom, Data Storage & IT Solutions. As a results-oriented, collaborative and transparent leader, she takes great interest in developing high performing teams. Suma is currently the Lead Agilist for Dell’s Primary Storage Division. She also leads a global team of agile coaches and Release Train Engineers who enable planning and execution at scale across all PowerStore Product Solutions at Dell. She has experience as a Release Train Engineer herself and drives positive change through continuous improvement. Suma is a Registered Scrum@Scale Scrum Master/Product Owner and Practitioner trainer, and is also a SAFe SPC and trainer. Outside of her passion for agile and building high performing teams, she enjoys venturing out by learning new cultures through travel and food.
