Throughout her career, she has been driven to improve the work approach and environment of organizations to enable healthy, thriving teams that create and innovate high-value products. Rhea is a community builder and has started large global conferences, guiding coalitions to empower change agents, and co-founded the Future of Work community. She has a passion to create spaces that connect diverse ideas and experiences for emergent, generative results.
