Online, the LA Times and Tribune. She brings over 20 years of experience in software development and empowering organizations seeking to move faster, be more nimble and motivate and advocate for their teams. Shawna has spent time in multiple disciplines of leadership including, Program Management, Product, UX designer and Front-End Development. Her well-rounded experience and visual learning approach supports collaboration, facilitation and empowering change across the entire organizational ecosystem.
