She is the founder of Africa Agility foundation, a fast-rising NGO powering the tech talent economy of Africa. She believes that every citizen of the world deserves to be empowered to function at full capacity, regardless of their social and personal limitations.
She serves as the first African on the board of Scrum Alliance Inc, the first and the leading Agile Trade Association in the world, and the first black female African to acquire the Certified Agile Coach from Scrum Alliance Inc. The host of the popular Agile Africa Alliance, a virtual
community of thousands of African diaspora Agile practitioners. A champion
of equity and inclusion, she also launched the Women in Agile chapters for both Nigeria and Dallas Fort Worth, USA. By trade, she works as an Executive Coach for leadership teams at places like Nike, AT&T, Toyota, Capital One, TD Bank, EDF Energy and the UK Government.
