Sarah earned a B.A. in Technical Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2011 after being a stay-at-home mom to her blended family of six kids (the hardest job ever). After working as a technical writer in a company using scrum, her career transitioned to serving as a scrum master and then agile coach, which she's been doing in the decade since.

Most recently she led the agile transformation in Specialty and Home Delivery Pharmacies within Express Scripts Pharmacy, a Cigna company. Sarah served as the leader for a team of ten agile coaches who invested in relationships to grow a culture of psychological safety and continual improvement.
Sarah lives in Orlando, Florida and has no spare time because she is getting her masters in social work. She has a dream of working with C-suite senior leaders to do deep emotional work, enabling cultures of limitless joy and innovation.
