Inger Dickson is a thought leader for business analysis and software delivery, specializing in agile delivery and transitioning from traditional to agile techniques. She is a co-lead for the Business Analysis Practice globally for ThoughtWorks. As Principal Consultant, she is called upon to help transform, grow and cultivate teams that require healthy communities and practices. She has been a two-time trainer for new ThoughtWorkers starting their career in Agile consulting.

She has spoken at ThoughtWorks North America conferences in 2012, 2013 and 2015, Agile 2016 and 2013, and for IIBA MSP in 2014 and 2016, and Global Scrum Alliance 2014, and was an Agile Alliance session reviewer in 2017, 2018 & 2021.

Inger began her career in sustainable energy consulting, transitioning into technology by asking the question “Why does this help?”
