Gary started his career working for NASA supporting Space Shuttle missions and has since gained over 30 years of experience with technology companies, ranging from Start-Ups to Fortune 500 companies. Recently, Gary has been working with Dell Technologies – Secondary Storage division, leading the process to transform the organization to adopt an Agile Mindset and gain the benefits of reduced time to market and higher product quality. Gary has become an expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies and how to apply these principles to large organizations.
