Kevin is the principal of Interaction Agility, Inc. and an enterprise coach. He is a senior coach, and program lead and trainer on Adventure With Agile’s Enterprise Coaching track. He has been an invited speaker at international, regional, and local conferences; and been a guest on the Agile Uprising and InfoQ Culture podcasts. He holds a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change (MSPOD), along with certificates in Appreciative Inquiry and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership and Coaching from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is an authorized trainer for the International Agile Consortium (IC Agile) and a founding track author and recipient of the IC Agile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC). He is also a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach.
