William has been on his agile journey for over a decade and has matured from being a scrum master to an agile practitioner to an agile coach. He enjoys continuous learning and as a result has various certifications, agile and non-agile. For William, the certifications are a byproduct not the goal. His focus is being a systemic coach and agile practitioner and applying his knowledge and skills for the growth of individuals and organizations, for them to reach their fullest potential.
