Brendon is a coach-of-coaches who strives to embody courageous authenticity. He started his career as a QA engineer turned software developer, and realized he was more passionate about the people he worked with than the software he developed. After a slight detour in higher education, he found his way into coaching through the Agile Alliance conference. As a Dojo Coach, Brendon focuses on learning through gamification, behavior change through repetition, and relationship building through shared experiences.
