After a full week of seeking out new knowledge and ideas, daily immersion in crowds, and frequent social interaction with new and familiar people alike, some of us might be feeling a desperate need to recharge. This facilitated session creates a quiet, calming space for individuals through breathing practices, guided-meditation, and self-immersion designed to renew one’s sense of self and energy.
