Visit the Agile Games Lab to take part in learning experiments all about games that give new insights into Agility. Our mad Agile scientists, Paul Boos and Dante Vilardi, have cooked up some great game formulas for you to try. These may not turn you into a superhuman (or maybe they will?), but they will give you insights into things like
- how dynamics play out on teams,
- why limiting the amount of simultaneous work you have occurring is important,
- what do software devs really do, and
- a whole host of other secrets of the Agile world.
Some games will even produce work artifacts or just get your creative flow started! (Egad, the horror of actually doing work while playing a game …. What is taking over this world?)
We expect to have several special colleagues dropping by to facilitate some great games as well. Have one you want to share? Then feel to drop by as we’ll reserve some space in the lab for a few to be able to share games as well. Just look for the lab coats and listen for the weird electronic noises…
