We have all had a tough few years. If, like us in Scotland, you have been locked in for two years! It's time to rock in Nashville with a World Cafe! Join us and co-create learning through exploratory conversations with people about the challenges and the joys of building communities within the workplace. World Cafe's are actual human events and a marketplace for learning! Each table gets a topic, and we will rotate the tables four times, for an hour, with one person remaining at the table, facilitating and capturing the key takeaways. The World Cafe is a long established concept and activity for engaging all participants in conversations that support our theme of making communities work well in the new hybrid world! It draws on seven design principles to create a simple, effective and flexible format for hosting significant group discussions for between 12 to 200 participants.
