Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its sub-domain, Machine Learning, have been developing quickly in the last decade. According to recent studies, more than half of organizations are already using some type of AI/ML or plan to do so in the next three years. Chances are, your organization is one of them and they are either planning for or in the middle of an AI transformation - and the only way that has proven successful in managing this transformation is to use Agile methods. Business agility is vital for an AI transformation. As an Agile leader, you can lead the change in defining the new value streams and executing the work correctly, in order to meet this challenge. You can accelerate product delivery when you understand the specific risks in AI/ML programs and how to mitigate them. In this talk, I will speak from my own experience managing delivery for AI/ML programs, and how I applied Agile and Scaled Agile methods to overcome challenges and successfully delivered business products like chatbots, forecasting systems, and personalized recommendations.
