In my current role as a Quality Practice Lead at OutSystems Engineering, I get to regularly advocate for and facilitate ensemble testing sessions across a variety of teams and initiatives. As an Association for Software Testing board member and co-organiser of Let’s Test South Africa, I get to be involved in the testing community that has provided me so much support and learning over the years. Although I have been a tester now for over 20 years, I still consider myself a student of the craft. My curiosity and passion for testing has also meant delving into what influences and impacts quality in a system, by running experiments and learning alongside the teams I work in.
