Damaris is a technology leader responsible for Assurant’s overall IT Performance Management and Agile Tooling. This includes leading support for Assurant’s agile transformation journey and managing ITBM administration for over 3K IT and business resources. She has 20+ years experience working in IT, Finance, M&A, Performance Management and Systems/Integration. During her free time, Damaris loves to go hiking and volunteer for various local charities/organizations. Damaris lives in Kennesaw, GA with her family and her dog Bella
