Gustavo Pinto is an assistant professor of computer science at the Federal University of Pará, Brazil. His research interests include the interactions between people and code, spanning the areas of software engineering and programming languages. Pinto received his Ph.D. in computer science from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. He currently serves as the coeditor in chief of Journal of Software Engineering Research and Development.
