In my previous working life I was a Senior Business analyst. In the past 15 years I acted as a Transformation lead, a coach, a change agent and a consultant working with organizations WW, with leaders and teams and providing them with guidance and support for the transformation and lean/agile adoption practices. I mentored leaders, teams on how to transition to better ways of working and provide them with all means of improvement. Since every company is unique, I draw from my tool kit and long experience to develop and design strategies to enable transformations of organizations moving towards business agility.
