My mission is to transform the way we work through Agile methods and strongly believe that much of human capital is unrealised and can be unleashed through adoption of Agile methods and ways of work.
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, an agent of change, trainer and thought leader in the Agile space, I have had the opportunity to develop teams, restructure organisations, lead Agile Change, build great digital products, coach and train at multiple organisations.

With extensive experience in various Agile methods, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe) and roles, I am able to develop holistic strategies and plans for Agile transformation and adoption.

Additionally, I dedicate significant portions of my time in developing the Agile community in Malaysia and around South East Asia through organising meet-ups, providing training / workshops and coaching.
