Sankar is an experienced lean coach and a change leader. He is currently responsible for a lean/agile transformation at the 2200 strong Siemens Healthineers Development Center at Bangalore, India. He works with the leadership team and also with the project teams in taking this transformation forward.

He is experienced in lean & agile development and program management and is a Siemens certified Lean Development Expert and a SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant.
