Marc Bless is the founder of agilecoach.de. He has more than 20 years of experience as an agile coach, scrum master, software developer, leader, philosopher and questioner.
His passion is the fast and sustainable improvement of teams and organizations. He believes in quality as a success factor and strongly believes that quality is not negotiable.
As a coach, consultant and trainer for Agile software development, he helps companies introduce agile development methods and implement agile values, principles and practices.
In addition to applying agile methods in a regulated environment (medical technology), he has been able to build up a lot of experience in other industries. He accompanies organizations on all levels - from top-level management to individual teams, he finds the right words to communicate agile change processes in an understandable way.
Marc is a qualified Solution-Focused Coach, as well as a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) of the Scrum Alliance.
As an active member of the agile community, he regularly speaks on agile topics at international conferences. He graduated in General Computer Science and is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSP-PO) and certified Project Manager (IPMA).
