Have you ever felt like you are burning the candle at both ends? And in the middle? In 2017, I violated the sustainability principle as a student, Scrum Master, Trainer and Agile Coach. In 2019, I landed in the hospital. As an ex-Monk and as an Agilist, I know that the main customer I need to satisfy frequently is my body; and keeping it healthy. When I was a monk in a Thai forest temple, I learned many useful meditation techniques to keep my body in balance.
Come learn some of the practices from the Agile world I now use to keep myself balanced and healthy: easy, portable Kanban notebook; a daily exercise routine; and three meditation techniques. I’m not a therapist, but I have learned some effective practices that work to control my anxiety. I’d like to share these with my fellow Agilists.
This session will NOT be recorded. Attendance is first come, first serve.
