I am a “never stop learning” type of person. I learn every day from the teams and individuals I interact with.
My philosophy is about helping people working in complex organizational environments overcome their fear of change and facilitate their problem-solving abilities.
I use serious games to convey complex concepts.
While motivating people I go beyond my comfort zone and develop myself. I am learning from experience, be it success or failure. I promote experimentation and put my ideas into practice by trying them first.

I am a Certified Team Coach (CTC) by Scrum Alliance and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the ICF. I created and organized for 6 years, together with a group of volunteers, the “Agile Coach Camp Romania” event.
I am deeply connected to the European agile community and am active in several groups (Play4Agile, #play14, Agile Lean Europe, Agile Coach Camps, Product Camp).
