Felix has been incorporating Agile methodologies to his workplaces since 2010. As a Developer, and later as a Tech Lead, he brought to his teams the benefits of Agile Software Development. Later, as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, he has worked with different Agile frameworks, but more importantly, he focuses on the importance of being Agile (versus doing Agile) and delivering great customer value.
So far, he has worked in 4 different countries, using 3 different working languages in 2 hemispheres… inspired by 1 Manifesto! ;)
In 1995 he helped to found “La Factoria del Ritmo” the first online music magazine written in Spanish… ever!
Music is still an important part of his life. He loves listening to contemporary music and is the author of “Las Vueltas” (Alas Ediciones), a poetry book inspired mostly by rock and metal songs.
