As an Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant, I am the founder and CEO of PrimeProjekt. My goal is to help companies transform how their teams collaborate and get work done to create value without delay.

I have 17 years of experience leading teams and have been an Agile practitioner since 2010. I have had the opportunity to work with several notable companies, such as SGS Digicomply, Krisp, Ucraft, HSBC, Ameriabank, and Joomag.

Throughout my career, I have had a proven track record of success in leading Agile initiatives, driving improvement, cultivating high-performing teams, and achieving goals. My experience with Agile adoption, team leadership, coaching, and mentorship dates back to 2016. I have had the privilege of helping 50+ companies, coaching and consulting over 200 teams, and training over 3000 individuals.

I have been a speaker at various agile events and conferences, including Scrum Global Gathering 2019, Agile Z-Day 2020, Lebanese American University Agile event 2020, Frug’Agile 2021, Agnostic Agile Conference 2022, and Agile Tour Vilnius 2022.

As a true humanist, I love working with people, helping to foster an "Agile mindset" and getting the most out of each team.
