Have you ever been in a situation where after a tough coaching session you are replaying it in your head wondering how it could have been? If the answer is YES, you are not alone! Join this three-hour coaching dojo to play, pause and rewind those conversations together with your peers and improve your coaching skills. Bring your real-life scenarios - be it a tough conversation with a C-level executive on the benefits of pair programming, or handling some tensions between team members, or more. Work together with the other participants to create coaching arcs. Participate in a role-play of those coaching scenarios, pause and rewind - altering something and engage in a different outcome. Debrief and learn from the wisdom of the group. We leave a lot of space for debriefing as this is where the learning really happens. We hope you will leave this session being able to apply, compare and experiment with the approaches discussed and discovered in this workshop.
