Engage' is an adaptive coaching framework that we developed at Bloomberg that consists of concrete steps that enable you to build a solid foundation to create virtuous coaching cycles with transparency, clear roles, and accountability. It provides clarity, while also allowing for personal coaching styles. It guides you from pre-coaching through to evaluation and roll-off, while also considering the three different dimensions of coaching and how to effectively work within them. Engage' has been successfully applied to single & multi-team engagements, the largest being a department of over 150 people. This session will provide practicing Agile Coaches who have struggled with these same questions with real-world applications and practical takeaways. This framework integrates learnings from both team & systemic coaching, as well as the speakers' combined two decades of Agile Coaching experience.
